Odds are the current tote price where the source has one (NYRA tracks: live), otherwise the morning line (ML). Type the odds you see at the track/TVG (e.g. 9/2, 9-2 or 4.5 — all mean 4.5-1). PLAY means the price is at or above Min Odds (fair odds plus a 10% cushion); the stake shown is quarter-Kelly at your price. Entries are kept in this browser only; record one for the Results tab with python odds.py. Win bets are paid at the final pool odds, so the price you see can still move.
Public % is the odds-implied win chance with the takeout removed; Model % is the handicapping model alone; Blend % is the Benter-style combination of the two, which the plays are based on. Edge is Blend minus Public in percentage points. Races marked not scored have runners with no form data loaded yet, so only the odds are shown. Prices are live only at NYRA tracks; elsewhere they are the morning line.

Returns assume a flat 1-unit win bet at the official $2 win payoff. Picks are frozen at their last pre-race flag. "Review" means the horse wasn't in the order of finish (likely a late scratch) and is excluded from P&L.
